Klamath Basin Improvement District — Annual Meeting of the Board of Directors
The KBID Board of Directors will hold its annual meeting on Thursday, November 19, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the KID Headquarters Office. The meeting is open to the public, and the public may attend in person or by telephone.

As the annual meeting, this session is expected to include the Board’s regular year-end business, including officer designations and the annual review of District operations. The agenda is available from the KID office in advance of the meeting.
Public meetings notice
In accordance with ORS 192.630(1), all meetings of the governing body of a public body shall be open to the public and all people are invited except as otherwise provided by ORS 192.610 to 192.690.
Under ORS 192.660(1), ORS 192.610 to 192.690 does not prevent the governing body of a public body from holding an executive session during a regular, special, or emergency meeting, after the presiding officer has identified the authorization under ORS 192.610 to 192.690 for holding the executive session.
