Klamath Irrigation District is governed by an elected, five-division Board of Directors and run day to day by a dedicated staff of managers, ditch riders, and a maintenance crew who keep water moving across the basin.
Board of Directors
Elected by division
All five directors are elected officers of the District. Each January the Board selects a President (who chairs its meetings) and a Vice-President from among themselves, and appoints a Secretary — under Oregon law, also an officer of the District — a role currently filled by the Executive Director (below).
